A donation campaign has been launched through DEFAV (ITU Maritime Faculty Alumni Social Assistance Foundation) to support the children of Captain Oğuz Güzey, who passed away due to a heart attack while serving on his ship.
In response to the request from Captain Oğuz Güzey’s classmates to establish a fund for his children, DEFAV took action and initiated a campaign.
The proceeds from the campaign will be used for the educational needs of Captain Oğuz Güzey’s children: Tansa Duru Önyılmaz, Ayçın Güzey, Su Elnur Güzey, and Timuçin Yağız Güzey.
