Pre-registration for the Binali Yildirim Student Dormitory for ITU Maritime Faculty students for the 2024-2025 academic year has begun. New students and students who have withdrawn their current dormitory deposit must pay a 5,000 TL dormitory deposit and a 5,000 TL prepayment by August 31, 2024. The dormitory fee will be announced later.
Dormitory Deposit: 5,000 TL
Dormitory Prepayment: 5,000 TL
Students who have an existing deposit only need to pay the dormitory prepayment of 5,000 TL.
Students who need to pay both the deposit and the prepayment must make a total payment of 10,000 TL.
In the payment description, please include “Dormitory Deposit + Dormitory Prepayment,” along with the student’s full name, Turkish ID number, and class information.
Students must complete the dormitory registration process by following the ITU Portal and uploading the necessary application documents once the portal is open. The application process must be completed through the ITU Portal.
All document submissions and room assignments will be conducted via the portal. Students who applied through the portal last year and uploaded all documents need only upload a current commitment statement and payment receipts along with any updated information.
Students who do not pay the deposit and dormitory prepayment within the specified period will have their dormitory applications considered invalid. Room requests will be fulfilled based on the date priority of the payment and at the discretion of the dormitory management.

- Deposits and dormitory fees paid for unsuccessful applications will be refunded.
- For students who register for the dormitory but leave the institution after September 15, 2024, the fee for the months of accommodation service received and the full amount for the month of departure, plus up to 50% of the remaining monthly accommodation fee, will be charged in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Youth and Sports’ Private Higher Education Housing Services Regulation dated September 9, 2022, No. 31948.
